Today I am going to share my top 25 reasons for why I love boot camp so, so much!

  12. Feeling great, not winded, going up stairs
  13. Having more energy to play with kids
  14. Strengthens the spirit
  15. Increased enthusiasm for other sports and forms of physical activity
