Fitness is about feeling your best and living an active and healthy life.  It’s about appreciating your body and what it is capable of, which at times means your muscles are burning, you are fighting for air, your heart is racing, and you’re out of your comfort zone.  However, when you believe in and empower yourself, you are truly capable of whatever you set your mind to.  Whatever your intensity or impact, love your body and embrace being active on a regular basis.  I know that by making fitness a priority you will feel the difference in your energy and your mood.  As an added bonus, it will set you up nicely to take on whatever the day will throw at you.  Bring it on!
