Dijon Honey Salmon

If you are looking for a new, delicious family-friendly salmon recipe, this is it.  The flavors are divine and as long as you don’t over-bake, this fish will flake perfectly.

  • •  5 (4 oz) salmon fillets, thawed
  • •  3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • •  1-2 Tbsp honey
  • •  1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs (Option: make your own bread crumbs in the oven)
  • •  Chives, basil, sea salt, and fresh ground black pepper, to taste

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Combine the mustard and honey in a small bowl.  In another small bowl combine bread crumbs and seasonings.
  3. For easier clean-up consider placing foil down on the pan and lightly grease it.  Brush each salmon fillet with the honey and mustard mixture and then sprinkle the bread crumbs and seasonings on top.
  4. Bake salmon 12 to 14 minutes in the oven (on a rack in the middle), or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
